Help with Small Pause.

Install and open

Download the signed and notarised DMG when the public release is available, open it, and drag Small Pause into Applications. Launch it once and find Small Pause in the menu bar. On first launch, choose your reminder actions and notification preferences.

If macOS blocks a build labelled preview or development, do not bypass the warning for a public release. Download the current signed version instead.

Reminders

Free gives one automatic office cue per day after 30 minutes of cumulative active use. Pro offers a 20–90 minute minimum and optional Smart Timing, which waits for a natural pause for at most five minutes. Use the menu to choose Later, pause for one hour, or pause for the rest of the day.

Licence recovery

Open the menu, choose Unlock Small Pause Pro, and paste the key from your Creem receipt. A licence can be active on up to three computers. Deactivate an old Mac before moving to a fourth.
